3. User Accounts
To access our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities conducted through your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Purchases and Refunds
Courses can be purchased individually or through subscriptions. We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for all courses. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within this period, no questions asked.
5. Creator Terms
Creators who publish courses on the platform agree to grant ToStudy.AI a non-exclusive license to distribute their content. Creators retain all copyrights to their original content and receive 85% of sales revenue, with a standard 15% platform fee.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of ToStudy.AI or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit, such as exercise responses and discussions. By submitting content, you grant ToStudy.AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with our services.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: share login credentials; copy or distribute course content; use bots or automated scripts; attempt to access restricted areas of the system; harass other users; or use the platform for illegal purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
ToStudy.AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time in settings. After termination, you will lose access to purchased courses, except in eligible refund cases.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
